From commanding the stage at the Creative National Tour to underwriting creative finance deals in the dirt, I believe in two things: the power of energy and the necessity of ownership. My work exists at the intersection of elite-level entertainment and aggressive wealth-building.

What I Do

• Elite Event Hosting & DJing I don’t just play music; I drive the room. I specialize in high-energy summits and national tours where the goal is to bridge the gap between the stage and the audience, keeping momentum high from the first note to the final keynote.

• Creative Finance & Business Acquisition I am an active player in the game. My focus is on Subject-To, Seller Financing, and acquiring cash-flowing “boring businesses.” I don’t just talk about the market; I’m in it every day.

• The Mission: I Hate Poverty Through this movement, I am dedicated to building legacy wealth and empowering others to escape the cycle of financial lack. I believe that creative acquisition is the ultimate weapon against poverty.
